Brand name from the analysis form: we send it to the analysis service (Orentys/CMSuiteAI) to generate your AI visibility report, and together with your IP address to our CRM, so we can follow up commercially with people who show interest in our service. It's only personal data if you enter your own name instead of a company or brand name.

Anti-fraud verification signals: when the live analysis is active, Cloudflare Turnstile processes signals from your browser to confirm the request comes from a person rather than an automated system.

Data from the full-diagnosis request form (name, company, work email, optionally phone number, and your IP address): we process it to manage your request and get in touch with you. If you check the commercial communications box, we record that choice in our CRM so we can send them to you.

Cookie preferences: stored on your own browser (local storage), not on our servers.

Processing the data from the diagnosis request form is based on your express consent, given by checking the corresponding box. Sending the brand name entered in the analysis form and your IP address to our CRM is based on our legitimate interest in following up commercially with people who show interest in our service; you can exercise your right to object to this processing as explained below. Processing anti-fraud verification signals is based on our legitimate interest in protecting the service against abuse.

We keep the data from the request form while we handle your request and, afterwards, for the legally required periods before it is destroyed. The data the analysis form sends to our CRM (the brand entered and your IP address) is kept per that tool's own retention policy, until you exercise your right to erasure or objection.

We don't disclose your data to third parties except where legally required. To provide the service, we share certain technical data with our technology providers: the brand name you enter, with the analysis service provider (Orentys/CMSuiteAI); technical verification signals, with Cloudflare (Turnstile); and the data from both forms, including your IP address, with our CRM, to manage the commercial relationship. All of them act as data processors and only process data on our instructions.

Our technology providers may operate infrastructure outside the European Economic Area. In that case, they have the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to dataprotection@codigomedia.es or by post to our registered address. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (https://www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing doesn't comply with the regulations.

We may update this privacy policy to reflect legal changes or changes to our services. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
